Additionally, monthly awards to this
office have included: Top Transaction, Top Listing office
in San Gabriel Valley (out of 175 offices), and Top Referral
office. Both CENTURY 21 Ludecke, Inc. and CENTURY 21 Village, Inc. are
consistently in the top ten of production according to the
CENTURY 21 ® regional standings.
Mike was first licensed in real estate in 1969. He worked
for a small company in Monrovia called Bill Relph Realty.
At that time he had a full-time administrative job, worked
part time in real estate and attended college at night.
He attained an Associate of Arts Degree from Pasadena City
College in 1973, and in 1978 graduated Cum Laude from Cal
Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration, majoring in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate.
In 1980 he earned a Masters in Business Administration Degree.
He is a member of Delta Mu Delta, a national Honor Society
in Business Administration.
