In 1983 he left the security of a well-paying
job to open CENTURY 21 Ludecke, Inc. and in 1986 expanded to Sierra
Madre with the purchase of CENTURY 21 Village, Inc. Mike is Past President
of the Arcadia Board of REALTORS® and the Multi-Regional Multiple
Listing Service (MRMLS) of over 10,000 members. Mike received
"REALTOR® of the Year" award from his peers in 1992,
and is listed in the Who's Who in Creative Real Estate.
Mike is a director for the California Association of Realtors
(CAR) and meets regularly with State Governement Leaders to
promote and protect the value of home ownership. He was appointed
by the CAR President to be a member of the Strategic Planning
Committee, considered the most important committee in the CAR
Organization. He is a member of the network of creative marketing,
the Chambers of Commerce in Arcadia, Monrovia and Pasadena,
the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and the National Council
of Exchangers, where he has served as President of its local
group, the Santa Anita Exchangors. |
